Format:

All oral communications will have a duration of 15 min. (10 + 5 questions) maximum, but no specific format is required.

Presenters can deliver their presentations in French or English, but we recommend slides to be written in English so that a broader audience can be reached.

Please choose the research topic you feel your presentation belongs to when submitting.

Uploading your presentations: 

It is mandatory to upload your presentations before your session :

• “I’m presenting during Session 1”: give us your presentations before 8h30 on Thursday (either by e-mail, or upload at the conference using a USB stick

• “I’m presenting during other sessions”: give us your presentations during the coffee/lunch break before your session the latest (upload at the conference using a USB stick)
